What if my rug is damaged when I receive it?
Take a photo of the damage and send it to us as soon as your receive your rug. Leave the rug wrapped in original packaging and do not use it until we advise the next steps.
How long does shipping take?
Your goods will be shipped from the warehouse in Melbourne. Metro areas take 7-10 days and outside of metro areas take 14-18 days.
What if I don't like my rug once I get it?
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
What if my rug is the wrong size for my space when I get it?
We do not offer returns for wrong size selected. Visit our HOW TO SIZE UP MY RUG (Bron to do) page for information on selecting the right size rug for your space.
